RESPONSABILITATI

As the European Deal Administrator, your role will be to monitor, record and document adherence to the governance procedures for all Xerox Services deals originating in Europe, and for any US-based deals that have a European component. This role will be critical to ensure that we are compliant to our internal policies and procedures, and for our Sarbanes Oxley requirements. The role will also be vital in providing Senior Management timely sales process information that will support decision making.
You will report into the European Financial Modeling Lead based in London and be part of the European CFO’s wider team. You will perform a variety of functions that follow the end-to-end deal process including:
Monitoring each deal for compliance to the Xerox Services deal governance procedures
Monitoring, recording and documenting key stages and milestones in the deal process
Creating and maintaining the appropriate documentation following Xerox Services guidelines
Validating signed contract values against the Excel financial deal models
Ensuring the appropriate accounting and financial bookings have been made onto a variety of systems
Communicating the Xerox Services deal governance procedures to the deal teams and local management


CERINTE

Good Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel skills beneficial

University degree required
Fluency in English essential and another European language beneficial (Dutch, German, French…) both written and verbally
Career level: This role would suit a graduate although 1-2 years of working experience beneficial especially in a sales/deal process and multi-national environment
