Work closely with the client and MIND’s departments for understanding requirements;
Provide technical oversight while writing new software, making modifications to existing software, or integrating software applications and modules in accordance with agreed specifications;
Define and lead overall testing requirements and strategies ensuring software fully meets business, technical and operational requirements;
Work closely with other internal teams to prioritize features and functionality based on the resources available, business priorities and needs;
Supervise recruiting process;
Assign and monitor results of team's members;
Help developers solve both technical problems as well as human resources issues;
Monitor individual employees’ performance.
B.S. Computer Science;
Over 10 years experience in software development;
Knowledge of project management principles;
Efficient work style and good coordination skills;
Ability to handle tasks flexibly;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;
Good command of English;
Availability to travel abroad.
