RESPONSABILITATI

Develops marketing tools, promotional materials, and publicity strategies in order to promote departmental programs, special projects and other activities related to learning, development and skill mapping;
Evaluates programs and participant performance by monitoring activities and recipient feedback;
Assists in the development, research, preparation and distribution of reports, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and informational materials;
Develops policies and strategies
Makes oral and written presentations;
Supports the client in creating their appropriate Skill Matrixes - N/A if previous Skill Matrixes exist for the client
Creates, manages and updates the weekly HRO report – where HR information is updated and used for multiple projects, including EDP
Provides Induction to the Employee Development Programme
Provides Induction to the EDP Talent Engine (CSOD Platform)
Provides step-by step training for Basic Users, Team Leaders and Managers – live classroom or virtual through phone and web conferencing
Creates and manages pre-recorded training sessions and user guides on the EDP Talent Engine
Performs handover activities of Configuration, Maintenance and Coordination phases of EDP implementation to Client's allocated resource.
Builds, updates and manages the EDP Talent Engine structure: BG, BU, LOB, SBU, Cost Centre, Job Level, and Team Name.
Uploads and manages users in the system over appropriate structure; activates or deactivates employees as required.
Supports the transition from initial Skill Matrixes to online Competency Models
Facilitates the acquisition of Cornerstone User Licenses (applicable per year, every year)
Provides monthly support for assigned Non-EHRSSO Client resource in EDP and also to regular users across EHRSSO
Reviews and updates the existing Skills Matrix bi-annually.
Assigns the tasks for the Team/ SBU/ Department bi-annually.
Assigns ad-hoc tasks for the Team/ SBU/ Department
Creates Custom Reports for Managers bi-annually.
Runs Ad-Hoc Custom Reports for Managers.
Leads and manages the EDP Quarterly Action Board for improvements and best practice policies regarding EDP and the Talent Engine
Sets guidelines for EDP Innovation - skill alignment and sharing across the organisation

The EDP Coordinator has excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills, relevant authority or expertise on the area or field of representation, time-management and technology skills.

Knowledge of the function of the training department, training options available
Knowledge of training, learning and the business as a whole
Marketing skills; a good understanding of internal marketing and publicity, a good networker
A Problem solver, dealing with practical, people and ‘political’ problems
Innovative, able to develop new concepts and to deliver creative solutions
An understanding of technology and its role in L&D – from e-learning to training administration systems, being computer literate
