* Delphi skills and object oriented design experience,
including working knowledge of core libraries, application servers
and high traffic web applications.
* C++ knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of version control tools (eg. CVS, SVN)
* Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision.
* Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
Salary will be commensurate upon experience.
