Working closely and offering support to our client in order to establish all the necessary requirements of certain Marketing Campaigns;
Make data specific recommendation by translating high level criteria requirements;
Creating the target audience. Generate lists from simple extracts to more complex assignments using query language (SQL) on the database for marketing campaigns or sales plays or create flowcharts for campaigns in Unica according to specifications received;
Quality validation of the data;
Schedule or send campaign emails from the tool as per given indications
Analysis for customer profiling, segmentation and campaign tracking;
Data cleansing assessment, gap analysis;
Have a good understanding of the data relating to the country you are assigned to;
Communicate effectively in a matrix environment;
Involve in activities meant to increase the quality of our services, analyze and improve existing processes;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Economics or a related field; Masters a plus;
2+ years of work experience in database marketing, IT, Marketing or any related field;
Good SQL skills;
Preferably experience in supporting databases for a marketing or sales team;
Direct Marketing, database marketing knowledge; Knowledge of email marketing and related tools
Business Analytics; ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications;
Strong proficiency in Excel;
Good communication and presentation skills;
First class organizational skills;
Detail oriented and self sufficient;
Language skills: Advanced English.
Considered a plus:
Experience in Administering and executing: Unica Affinium Campaign and Emessage, Campaign Marketing Operations, Eloqua 9/10, and /or comparable B2B campaign management solutions.
Expert hands-on knowledge using leading campaign management platforms, tool administration and maintenance.
BI Reporting tools like Cognos.
