The role: CRM Data Administrator with English
Purpose:
Salesforce.com (SFDC) is a business critical application and the Sales Data Administrator is a critical role for the XS Sales Organization. This role is responsible for the data integrity maintenance of all the sales information inside SFDC, but also to establish and enforce the standard set of guidelines and procedures that need to be followed by the Sales Organization in terms of interacting with Salesforce.com.
Scope:
Data integrity in Salesforce.com is a typical sales support function that requires the Sales Data Administrator to ensure that the system is updated and with accurate information.
The Sales Data Administrator will be working very closely with all the Industry Business Group Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (Finance, Accounting, Solutions, etc.) in order to maintain the Deal Approval Matrixes, which are part of the overall Deal Governance and Deal Closing processes.
The Sales Data Administrator will be working closely with the Salesforce.com Administrator/Director on various projects in order to improve the SFDC internal processes and data that is reflected in the system.
Main Responsibilities:
SFDC user training – new user induction training, refresher training, new functionality training, daily usage
SFDC user administration
Account administration – setting up accounts, account teams, DUNS, etc.
Maintain and ensure high data quality within SFDC using various types of dashboards
Maintain a good knowledge of Xerox business strategy, rules and processes (current and future) to ensure that SFDC reflects it for each Industry Business Group
