- As a Commercial Manager, you will manage and be responsible for the contractual, commercial and risk elements of the service delivery.
- You will provide advice and guidance to the management team, monitor and report performance and protect the interest of the stakeholders.
- You will need to ensure work is completed on time, to exacting standards and deliver the highest levels of occupant care at all times.
- 3+ years in a similar position;
- SAP experience is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of commercial procedures;
- Good knowledge and experience of working within strict TQM policies and processes;
- Candidate must be able to show experience of devising and delivering commercial strategies;
- Candidate must have demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of organization.
