- Team management responsibilities ;
- Build the identity of the team and the TEAM;
- Coordinate the research agents and all activities in the team;
- Track the personal and professional development of your agents;
- Coach each member of your team;
- Presence at the Management Meetings, meetings with the customer;
- Communication with the Customer;
- Presence at the Preparation Meetings, Team Building and Planning Moments together with the Management Team;
Individuals should provide evidence of experience and results in:
- Telemarketing industry
- Customer Service
- Interest and knowledge of IT field
- Working in Excel especially with databases, graphics and interpreting them
- Foreign Languages: English + other languages
