RESPONSABILITATI

- Collaborates with different teams to determine reporting requirements; Participate and contribute within design strategy sessions and create design documents as a result of these sessions.
- Translate high level criteria requirements into data specifics;
- Builds database extracts for analysis purposes using SQL; Prepare tables and packages for dashboards creations;
- Designs reports using business intelligence and analytics tools (like Tableau, Cognos etc);
- Prepares slides with insights driven from created reports;

The Business Intelligence Analyst works closely with Marketing and Analytics teams in the strategic use of client and internal data sources and processes to support Marketing objectives and activities.

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in designing dashboards and building analysis from large datasets;
- Solid SQL; ability to create and maintain tables, constraints, views, packages; solid understanding of SQL tuning practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Advanced English;
- Project and time management skills;
- Understanding of direct marketing, data and metrics;
- Ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;
- Knowledge of data handling – preferred experience in data intensive companies;
- Ability to work with a responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style
- Highly analytical problem solver;
- Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction

Specific tools and processes training will be provided.
