For one of our client, one of the world's largest providers of Consulting, Outsourcing and Technology Services we are looking for an Asset Manager in Iasi.
Evaluates existing Asset Management Plan;
Manages the Asset Management plan;
Agrees assets to be uniquely identified;
Plans population of the Asset database;
Manages the Asset database, central libraries and tools;
Facilitates adherence to legal and contractual obligations;
Improves security;
Facilitates trend and impact analysis for changes and problems;
Facilitates recovering from disaster.
Proficient Microsoft Excel user (be able to create pivot tables and use v look up);
Knowledge of Crystal Reports (or other reporting packages);
Client facing and very good communication skills;
Enthusiastic in the role, be self-starting and have good attention to detail;
Pro-active and interested in implementing improvements on a regular basis;
Analytical, methodical and experienced (process) documenter and administrator;
Strong leader;
Able to pre-empt problems before they arise, plan effectively for future activities and manage unplanned events in a controlled manner;
Excellent English skills;
University Degree.
