• realizarea prezentarilor (Ppt), sustinerea activitatilor si proceselor desfasurate in cadrul Departamentului de Vanzari;
• promovarea materialelor, serviciilor si bunei imagini a firmei;
• centralizarea documentatiei clientilor necesara pentru intocmirea contractelor;
• cunoasterea conditiilor contractuale pentru fiecare client in parte;
• centralizarea si actualizarea permanenta a situatiei contractelor;
• transmiterea de oferte pentru produsele solicitate de clienti;
• raspunderea asupra corectitudinii cifrelor si inscrisurilor din rapoarte, situatii, prezentari;
• transmiterea in timp real a tuturor informatiilor necesare catre toate celelalte compartimente ale firmei.
• absolvent studii superioare, preferabil economice,marketing
• bune cunostinte operare PC (Microsoft Office)
• minim 1 an experienta pe un post similar (vanzari,marketing, distributie)
• limba engleza, nivel avansat
• abilitati de comunicare si planificare, organizare
• capacitate lucru in efort prelungit
