An exciting opportunity to grow with a fresh company is available; the company is a new baby hygiene items producer and distributor in Romania.
This position will be responsible for selling company products. The position is ideal for a smart self motivated person that wants a fast career track, needs to learn and gain expertise in a fast-paces environment. The position will also offer schedule and location flexibility and a results based rewards package.


CERINTE

You are immediately qualified to apply if you :
- Have kids ( you will be immediately s selected if you are a working mom with small children and generally fit the other terms; this is not mandatory though).
- Have minimum 3 years professional experience in sales area is a significant advantage;
- Have communication skills in general
- Have good English Skills (second language is an advantage);
- Are client oriented person and can convince in store decision makers to adopt new baby products
- Have the ability to quickly assess customer needs and provide proper solutions;
- Are perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities;
- Have good business and organizational skills;
- Are self initiative and have interpersonal skills;
- Have positive attitude and strong work ethics;
- If you are generally independent, can make quick effective decisions and handle a simple business process to delivery
- Have driving license B category . Your own car is a plus

RESPONSABILITATI:
- Identify the target market for the Company's products;
- Meeting with store representatives and potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Develop new opportunities with prospective customers and generate leads
- Promote and sell the services of the Company;
- Initiate, develop and maintain customer relationships;
- Develop sales strategy according to each client's needs;
- Manage the relationship with existing clients in order to ensure their satisfaction
- Report on-going activities to the Management;
