CERINTE

The role
The second/third line technical support role in relation to Xerox and third party software applications to customers based acrossEurope. The individual is responsible for handling administrative tasks of a specific application system and will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Very good organisation skills
- Experienced and proven 2nd line support in a service driven industry
- Knowledge of Windows clients and Windows printing service
- Good customer facing skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Understanding of Xerox output devices, technologies and products as well competitor devices
- Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
- Fluent English, other language(s) advantageous
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Ability to function well on virtual teams
- Ability to multi task many initiatives
- Minimum (3) years of Information Technology experience
- Minimum (1) year experience in Application Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Access or Active Directory
- Experience in web development technologies (HTML, XML)
- Experience in .NET development
