For our software development center in Iasi we are looking for an application administrator/support engineer who can communicate well and take care of specific activities in order to insure good working of the environments and fist line of support for applications built by the Codeless development team.
As an application administrator/support engineer you will monitor and administrate innovative business solutions to ensure they meet the client’s needs. To do this it is essential that you understand the client and what business problem the software you are managing.
You will closely work together with the software development team and application analysts ensuring the quality of our products, services and processes. You are assigned to and/or in charge to execute following tasks:
- Monitor deployed environments on the local network and in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, to ensure availability and check downtime and performance degradation alerts from Microsoft;
- Track the performance against SLAs;
- Review and analyze specific documentation;
- Maintain a good connection and communication with the customers;
- Communicate potential solutions for issues to the software development team;
- Be proactive in improving Codeless processes and systems;
- Monitor SQL and IIS Servers for performance improvements.
Basic knowledge of SQL, IIS, XML, Excel, Windows, Windows Server, Networking;
Familiar with ERP/CRM or Logistic applications is an advantage;
Business economics, Computer science or similar degree;
Can-do mentality;
Very good communication skills in English;
