RESPONSABILITATI

- Consults and collaborates with Marketing & Communications Teams and Business Units to determine campaign requirements and data strategy; Make data specific recommendation by translating high level criteria requirements;
- Analyse marketing audience performance, customer profiling, build segmentation and cohorts from extracts created using simple to complex SQL ;
- Create target audience, schedule or send campaign emails from the marketing automation tool; - Provides expertise on the use of data, predictive models, processes, privacy and marketing management tools;
- Develops and deploys advanced functionalities using marketing automation tools in a relational database environment to support data driven marketing initiatives for campaign response handling, scoring, and nurture;
- Defines and supports data programs to support the vitality and hygiene of database. Assess quality of data, perform gap analysis and identify data acquisitions needs.

The Analytics & Data Specialist works closely with Marketing and Client Information teams in the strategic use of databases and processes to support Marketing objectives and activities. The successful candidate will be able to leverage analytics techniques, client and marketplace information in observing behavior and client journey, offering continuous support in the development and implementation of data driven insights and strategies that support Marketing performance and pipeline revenue.

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in marketing, IT, databases or any related field;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Advanced English;
• Business knowledge and Consultative Skills;
• Project and time management skills;
• Understanding of direct and digital marketing, data and metrics;
• Ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;
• Knowledge of data handling – preferred experience in data intensive companies;
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL and relational databases; Proficient in use of QMF/SPSS or other Query/Insight tools;
• Ability to work in a team and independently with a responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style.


Additional Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Campaign Management Tool, CRM applications;
• Business intelligence reporting tools;
• Experience with DB2;
• Statistics and SPSS.


Specific tools and processes training will be provided.
