RESPONSABILITATI

- Realizeaza apeluri telefonice catre potentiali clienti cu scopul de a afla detaliile companiei si de a identifica o potentiala cumparare de solutii de videoconferinta
- Realizarea de lead-uri, completarea informatiilor in sistem si trimiterea acestora reprezentantilor de vanzari locali.
- Crearea de e-mailuri si trimiterea lor prospectilor precum si schimbul de e-mailuri intre agent si client/reprezentantii locali.


CERINTE

-Experienta anterioara in sisteme de videoconferinta constituie un avantaj.
-Nivel avansat de limba germana si engleza (nivel mediu).
-Cunostinte de operare PC Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
-Bune abilitati organizatorice.
-O buna orientare catre detalii.
-Sa fie capabil sa lucreze repede, fara ca aceasta sa duca la scaderea nivelului de calitate a muncii
