POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Play as a role of team player;
Should be able to gather the requirement, if possible give the solution right on the call;
Log the tickets with appropriate information and assign to proper team;
Should be able to handle customer calls and work on the issues.
Personal Qualities:
2 Years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Finance (FI);
Experience supporting customer remotely;
Ability to work on tickets independently;
Experience in Order Management, Delivery Management, LIS, OTC is big plus;
Experience in Production planning, Purchasing, Inventory Mgmt is big plus;
Good Communication skills;
Excellent English language skills;
