RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for Administrative Senior Clerk to join our team. The candidate will be a self-starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic objectives;



Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope and mission of performance improvement initiatives bringing about measurable results;



Assures that organization-wide performance improvement initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness;



Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system. Analyses and provides reporting service on performance related data using business intelligence to show trends draw conclusions and make recommendations. Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts;



Aligns and incorporates Xerox global policies on performance, and sponsors leveraging of Xerox in house technology working with the respective research and development teams and the HRIT department;



Applies business analysis and process analysis techniques founded in lead six sigma to bring about measurable improvements;



Drives the European Activity Based Compensation scheme forward ensuring it is implemented across Europe and improved, and that it results in improved performance;



Leverages technology, training, skills, process, organization to bring about performance optimization;



Will manage various stakeholders within the organization and may have contact with clients/sub vendors.
