RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for project output in accordance with the agreed SoWs, timescales and budgets
• Act as the main point of contact between Demand Generation Strategists and campaign production resources
• Be the expert in client’s campaign production process on the marketing automation platform and generally familiar with its marketing operations environment
• Work with client personnel at campaign kickoff to complete campaign “order” and gather all necessary technical information and content required for campaign production
• Provide client with an estimate of total production time and earliest possible launch date for campaign production
• Provide completed campaign “order” to production team for fulfilment, work with them to verify all execution requirements have been provided before implementation begins
• Make sure testing is done and proper modifications are communicated and executed where case
• Provide weekly reports to Demand Generation team on current capacity utilization and forecasted capacity for the next quarter, based on inputs available
• Coordinate with our Digital Strategists, Platform Consultants, or Campaign Analysts to scope project plans for any work or campaign requirements that are outside of usual “standard” campaign production process such as custom reporting or integration.
• Participate in quarterly reviews of campaign production efficiency
• Coordinate with Harte Hanks Digital and Process strategist to participate and provide input in continual process optimization flow
• Identify account growth opportunities and direct these to the Sales team


CERINTE

• Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities (number of years of service an advantage)
• Marketing experience, understand direct marketing and lead generation. Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Eloqua is good to have
• Knowledge/experience with email marketing tools
• Experience with managing a client account
• Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
• Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
• Strong command of English language
• Familiar with development terms
• Deadline oriented is a must and the ability to push back when scope of projects happen
