- Ensure that all files/cases received for bad debts recovery are timely processed;
- Responsible to accomplish the conciliation procedure (send the conciliation letters, perform direct conciliation, negotiate and conclude payment transactions);
- Responsible for specific Court procedures:
- summons procedure: word, submit and plead files in Court;
- compulsory execution procedure;
- Sustain in front of court the actions on behalf of EOS.
- University degree required-Law School;
- At least one year experience in legal related activities; for senior positions at least two years experience;
- Previous experience in dealing with collection and bad debts recovery (would be a plus);
- Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Good English knowledge.
