Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for Windows and OS X systems
Support employees and administration
Maintain of internal systems and network infrastructure
Documentation of test results and suggestions for improvement (screenshots, captures, descriptions)
Internal system administration and external Linux server
Maintenance, adjustment and documentation of software solutions, tools and scripts
Consultation of employees in all technical matters
At least three years experience as a system administrator in a medium orlarge company
Experience with Windows and OS X, ideally, Linux (Gentoo, OpenSuSE, CentOS or Ubuntu) and with virtualization (Xen or VMware)
Knowledge in the network area
(VLAN, VPN, IPSEC, LAG or iptables etc.), monitoring (Nagios) and mail server administration (Postfix and Cyrus IMAP)
Knowledge of wiki software (Mediawiki, Redmine)
Strong communication skills (transfer knowledge to employees)
Experience in the creation of system documentation and concepts is an advantage
Team player with a high sense of responsibility
Proficient in English
