task:
The objective of this work is to support the virtual design, secure and functional integration of chassis control systems as well as the basic design of the chassis. To the interaction of vehicle / chassis is to be considered (axis) and stability control systems.
Basic information and activities:
Affected projects: ICM or VDC in L6, L7; project Ears
Model Deployment (ADAMS Export -> ISAR data, integration control systems in ISAR; update into the model library, tests)
Assessment of the overall vehicle dynamics control system with different configurations
Analysis of current issues (including: viewing steering system) in ISAR (based on Simulink) and possibly in ADAMS (co-simulation)
Documentation of activities (simulation reports
Qualification:
University degree (Dipl.-Ing. Or PhD) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, electrical engineering (focus control technology), Control Engineering or Mechatronics
Knowledge of modeling / simulation in the field of system dynamics and control engineering
Skills, ideally experience in the dynamics of car or in the function of development
Experience with the software package MATLAB / Simulink, ADAMS
Communication and teamwork skills
High analytical skills
Independent, goal-oriented approach
Good English and computer skills
