My client established since 1978 as a leading IT consulting firm and a very successful software partner of leading companies in the manufacturing and
financial services industry.
This leading company is looking for a 2nd Level SAP Support Consultant.
To meet the demand of their customers they are in need of a SAP application Support Consultant preferably with ITIL
Your profile: For this challenge you are best equipped by:
* Min. 3 years practical 2nd level support experience in SAP application operations, 3rd-level experience
an advantage but not required
* Thorough knowledge of SAP at least one Module: BW / BI, SEM-BPS, FI / CO, SRM, PS / CATS, XI, SD
* experience with ticket systems, ideally Peregrine
* ITIL expertise desirable
* Ability to quickly become familiar with complex IT systems, good process understanding
* High customer orientation and service-oriented mindset
* Large dedication and strong teamwork skills
* Good knowledge in German and English
