Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a startup Company in Berlin, is looking for a Python web developer to work as part of a cross-functional team on their server platform and help to innovate the system.
Job title: Python Developer
Location: Berlin, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Development and innovation of the server platform
- Responsible for a native iOS app
- Deployment of applications
- Contributing to server application (Python, MongoDB)
- Help with the web client (JavaScript, CoffeeScript)
- Help scale the applications
- Help the team to decide what technology is best to solve problems at hand
Profile:
- Computer Science degree
- Excellent knowledge of Python, JavaScript and DevOps
- Experience with test-driven development
- Ability to discuss solutions with the team
- Interest in agile and lean methods like Scrum, Kanban or XP
- Awareness that the best software is developed in iterations and rapidly deployed to customers
- Strong ability and desire to learn in short feedback loops
- High level communication skills in English
- Collaborative approach
