- Assisting with daily care and support for patients, including help with
personal hygiene, dressing, and meals;
- Assessing and monitoring the health status of patients including the
administration of medications and treatments as prescribed;
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement
individualized care plans;
- Providing direct nursing care and assistance to patients with activities of
daily living;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports;
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to
ensure a supportive and caring environment;
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing
education programs to enhance professional development;
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (3 years) or assistant (1 year)
with diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience;
- Excellent communication (at least B1 German) and interpersonal skills;
- Independent work, quality awareness and service mentality;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Competitive remuneration and various employee benefits:
*Nursing specialist with 3 years of training and recognition: 19,50€-24€ gross/h
*Nursing assistant with 1 Year of training and recognition: 16,50€-20€ gross/h
*Nursing assistant without training and working experience: 15,50€-18€ gross/h
