RESPONSIBILITIES
Take on a leading role in our development team
Your focus will be on the backend development
Be an advisor regarding Ruby and data modeling
Planning and realization of product features
Significant participation in core product design
Improve the system regarding performance and stability
Ongoing refactoring of existing code
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE (HARD SKILLS)
Expert: Ruby (2 years of experience), Rails
Advanced: SQL and noSQL databases, test driven development, RSpec and similar frameworks
PREFERABLE KNOWLEDGE (HARD SKILLS)
Intermediate: Capistrano, Big Data, Data Warehouse Technology and Data Mining
SOFT SKILLS
Required: Business fluent in English, Ability to lead and motivate a team
Preferable: Freelancer background, Technical advisor.
