Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a leading Internet Company in Berlin is looking for a skilled Front End Developer to strengthen their platform.
Job title: Front End Developer
Location: Berlin, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers and designers to produce and maintain interfaces across multiple browsers and devices
- Design the platform as part of the overall engineering strategy of the company
- Translate the conceptual ideas of the design team into a Front End solution
- Experiment with new approaches on how to display information
- Work closely with the Back End, product and community teams
- Run benchmarks and experiments
Profile:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of HTML, cross-browser and cross-device CSS
- Very good knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript
- Ideally experience with Backbone.js, HTML5 and Ruby on Rails but not mandatory
- Proven ability to create clean and maintainable code
- Strong team player capable of working with collaboratively across disciples (UX, interaction design, strategy, code...)
- Great attention to detail, every pixel matters to you
- Passion for new technologies
- Proficient in English
