Recrutam Sef de schimb pentru unul din clientii nostri, companie producatoare de seminte multi-specie pentru piata international.
Care vor fi principalele atributii?
• Vei transmite si primi informatii catre/de la departamentul de Operatiuni;
• Vei urmari pregatirea spatiilor in vederea depozitarii in bune conditii a semintelor;
• Vei monitoriza procesul de tratament, ambalare, paletizare,certificare a semintelor rezultatate;
• Vei supraveghea buna functionare a echipamentelor si utilajelor de lucru;
• Vei coordona activitatea angajatilor din subordine;
• Vei face planificare de activitate pe termen scurt si mediu.
Ce ne dorim de la tine?
• Studii medii sau superioare in domeniu;
• Experiența de minimum 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara, in domeniul agriculturii;
• Cunostinte de Excel si operare calculator;
• Bune abilitati de coordonare echipa;
• Cunoasterea tehnicilor de procesare si certificare a semintelor;
• Disponibilitate pentru program de lucru in 2 schimburi;
• Engleza – avantaj;
• Persoana organizata, cu bune abilitati de comunicare, orientata catre rezultate si munca in echipa.
