- Do reservations for hotels, flights and cruise lines received by phone, email, Internet and fax using reservation systems,
- Promote company¿s products and services,
- Meet or exceed the established objectives regarding targets of sales and call quality,
- Answer existing and new customers' inquiries regarding products and services,
- Develop excellent customer relationship,
- Work in a Call-center in three shifts.
- Very good knowledge of English and other foreign language,
- Very good communication skills,
- Experience in travel reservation systems and in the work with the customers,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet navigation,
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Training sessions regarding communication skills, sales , travel products and services and working with reservation systems,
