RESPONSABILITATI

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The PM’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage product direction through an on-going assessment of current products, pricing and position
- Develop and review business cases to substantiate new initiatives related to their products
- Visit/talk with customers and prospects and provide call reports for executive management distribution
- Participate in strategic meetings with customers and prospects to share in depth product knowledge and develop collaborative strategies
- Prioritize fixes and enhancements for the products and coordinating with Technology groups to develop and implement
- Deliver requirement documentation with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
- Be an expert with respect to the product, competition and industry


CERINTE

- Strong negotiation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and get the job done
- Ability to quantify and monitor potential opportunities and actual results
- Effective problem solving and organizational skills
- International experience a plus
- BS required or equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree is a plus
