Big dimensional Vertical Turner Lathe diam. 6 M
- Read all technical plans (very detailed)
- Interpret all working schedules/ codes/ geometry/ (in French)
- Check and chose CNC-tools
- Fit all tools into the machines
- Put in all needed information (X, Y, Z ) into the cnc computer
- Make some adaptations in the CNC-programs (Siemens)
- Operate CNC-turner lathes during production of unique parts.
- After production; execute dimensional controls from produced parts and adapt where necessary.
- Fill in production forms and report to the supervisor (in French)
Language knowledge: communicative/good French!
• 3 years experience an a similar position
• Technical education
• Higher education as a CNC-operator
