Purchasing/Procurement Manager of forestry industry- France
Responsibilities:
- Search for new suppliers of timber hardwood in France
- Collection and analysis of information in timber wood markets in France
- Participation in forest receiving and coordinating logistics for containers load
- Quality control and quantitative acceptance of forest product under the terms of contracts
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the quality characteristics of hard wood
- Knowledge of forestry regions in France
- Education: Faculty of forestry is desirable
- Experience in logistics, procurement and forest operations related to the quality control of wood
- Experience in negotiations with customers, knowledge of maintenance relations and contracts
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs at user PC and accuracy in the document flow
- Knowledge of French, English is a must and Romanian or Russian desirable
- Driving license category "B"
- Mobility and willingness to travel
- The desire to grow professionally in the company
