Neptune RH recruit for a very important client, a Production Excellence Manager. Our client is one of the leading companies in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Development Manufacturer (ODM). We’re looking for a highly-qualified Production/Process Manager for the manufacturing site in Tallinn (Estonia).
Tasks:
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
- Manage the Production Floor focusing on increased quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Improve the cost efficiency
- Build up and manage a powerful project team to develop and execute comprehensive initiatives focusing on Process Innovation and Improvement
- Measure the performance of processes and manage the continuous improvement loop
- Define and maintain, for each process, the environment, the needs tools, the operating mode, the key parameters to monitor and the periodicity of the surveillance (Process control plan) and define required skills to implement the process
- Education of the team on roles and responsibilities
- As a member of the management team you report the CEO in Tallinn and to the Board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- 7+ years of Operations or Process Management experience – automotive experience will be a benefit
- Know How in Electronic Manufacturing Processes
- Extensive Experience of Industrial performance tools and processes (supply chain, manufacturing, quality)
- Demonstrate strong, professional work ethics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and to make effective decisions
- Strong personality in an intercultural environment
- Excellent English
- French and Russian Language Skills would be a benefit
- Identifies people conflicts and helps resolve them with practical solutions
- Skills in Lean Management (SS, visual management, flow of goods, value chain, ORQC, PDCA) can be a benefit
