The desired candidate should have 7 to 10 years experience as a quantity surveyor. Should have proven experience of ruiing own projects, Knowledge of recognized methods of measurement (P.O.M. (I), SSM etc) Knowledge of Forms of Contract (F.I.D.I.C., D.M., JAFZA) experience in dealing with consultants Q.S and Sub contracts.
