RESPONSABILITATI

- Respond to telephone inquiries about the company’s products and services following the standard scripts and procedures.
- Ensure calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are dealt with properly.
- The agent will also be responsible to document details of telephone conversation and action taken.


CERINTE

1-2 years of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment, TPAs, Hospitals, or Medical Centers. Candidates with Excellent communication skills, bilingual ability and fluency in Romanian & English can apply.
Sound knowledge of MS Office Applications is a must.
