RESPONSABILITATI

General

1. Responsible for main prep of fruit and drinks for the evening to inform Bar Manager if running low
2. To make sure that all bartenders have enough fruit juices, spirits and fresh fruit to operate effectively
3. To ensure that the mise-en-place is sufficient
4. To ensure there is enough cold beer for the following day
5. To ensure that we have enough ice/cold beer and mise-en-place for the
evening shift
6. To have excellent acknowledge of all drinks that we serve and be able to work on either of the dispense bars without the help of a bartender and to ensure the drinks
7. To act according to the complaint handling standards and procedures
8. To report for duty as per schedule, clean, tidy, wearing correct uniform
9. To attend departmental communications meetings, trainings sessions and to ensure that all team members operate in line with the instructions received
10. To be responsible for a clean and tidy working area
11. To up sell all drinks cocktails, wines and spirits
12. To report any maintenance defects and follow-up
13. Closing: Making sure that the bar is properly closed down with stations restocked if possible, all fridges are locked and ice cover is on.

Communication

1. To attend meetings as required
2. To ensure and maintain good relations with clients
3. To ensure that whoever is in charge of the bar for that evening is informed of anything we are starting to run out of

Salary package also include:
Monthy wage of 1200 USD
Accommodation + food + transportation from an to accommodation
30 days annual leave
Yearly return flight to home destination after completion of 12 months service

Taxa interviu: 150 lei(Interviul are loc in Targu Mures)
Cost mediere: 300 euro+tva (372 Euro)
Biletul de avion catre Dubai este suportat de angajator cu conditia efectuarii contractului timp de min. 18 luni. In caz contrar se retine contravaloarea din salariu.
Viza de lucru este suportata de catre angajatorul din Emirate
