RESPONSABILITATI

Our client a big 4 audit firm is seeking an Assistant Manager Transaction Services for its offices in Switzerland.

The Transaction Services team supports customers from various industries with the latest tools in corporate transactions in order to create a more Worth for all involved stakeholders. The services range from vendor due diligence on buy-side due diligence to integration.

Responsibilities

Support the commitment of managers in the organization and execution of due diligence projects
Responsible for the management of sub-projects
Analyze corporate information and identify key aspects for the firms customers
Create customer presentations and bids and maintain customer contacts at the transaction mandates
Work closely with other consultants in the areas of taxation, assessment and prevention as well as with lawyers


CERINTE

University degree in Business Administration (University/College) as well as relevant training (ACCA, WP)
3-4 years of professional experience in auditing, corporate finance advisory and controlling an international group
Communicative personality as well as German and English skills at a very high level
Sense of responsibility, excellent even in challenging situations and services quality
Analytical way of working and problem-solving ability and flexibility
