- Ensures accurate scheduling to meet the demand of the store within minimum overtime;
- Responsible for the store operations ;
- Strives to increase the number of satisfied customers and the financial result;
- Coordinates (and communicates) with the team throughout the shift in order to create a professional and friendly atmosphere;
- Coaches, develops and motivates the store team;
- Recognizes opportunity to up sell the customer;
- Maintains the support of the sales orders;
- Ensures Customer complaints are solved in a professional manner;
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction;
- Highschool graduate, University degree would be a plus;
- Over 1 year in a similar position (Shops or retail activities);
- Warm, friendly, outgoing personality, professional disposition;
- Ability to meet standards and appearance;
- Knowledge of and experience in providing world class customer service;
- Good English and computer skills;
