Resident Engineer

 Excellent command of the English and Romanian languages for general and technical matters.
 Experience in electrical systems and automotives
 Strong MS Office Skills
 Ability to read and interpret schematics and prints
 Understanding of manufacturing concepts
 Ability to interface with systems using a laptop computer to diagnose/troubleshoot systems and components
 Experience with Visio is a plus
 Hands on shop floor experience in a relevant engineering subject (stamping, machining, casting, composite etc)
 At least 5-10 years experience as a manufacturing engineer in an automotive environment
 Work experience with an automotive OEM or supplier
 Experience in implementing DFM, DFA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and VE (Value Engineering)/VA(Value Analysis) strategies within a simultaneous engineering environment
 Experience in design of custom made production equipment
 Skilled in the production of technical documentation
 Experience working in an ISO 9001, QS 9000, or TS 16949 environment
 Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
 Experience with CAD systems
