- To organize management retrospective meetings.
- To lead teams according to quality and environment system requirements and to prepare reports in conformity to these requirements for the management meetings.
- To perform audits: process audits, system and products audits and to report the results in management meetings.
- To define audits priority.
- To lead teams formed as a consequence on non-conformities found during audits.
- To train and support employees about quality system and about environment.
- To assure a fair distribution of Autoliv standards in the organization and to collect the previous versions.
- To manage all quality and environment data bases (preventive and corrective actions, approvals, internal audits, procedures etc)
- To obtain effectivness in international standards, customers standards and Autoliv standards in conformity with policy and objectives of the organization.
- To monitorize all the applications and descoveries in the international literature in order to support the progress of the organization.
- To lead and to implement the necessary changes for the cotinuous improvement of the organization.
- To take over the responsability of ISO/TS 16949 ve ISO 14001 implementation.
- To follow the necessary budgets.
- To support all APS (Autoliv Production System) activities (training, suggestions, team work, 5S audits etc.) in production.
- To assure the environment, quality and safety requirements.
- Univeristy degree
- Fluency in English
- 3 years experience in Quality
- Good command of MS Office
- Teamwork approach (Team oriented)
- Good communication skills
- Reliable person
