RESPONSABILITATI

-General office management tasks:
-Representing the company to suppliers, customers, and other third parties and working with appropriate local authorities.
-Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
-participates to the recruiting process, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Analyzing contracts and other important documents
-Answering phones, typing correspondence and translating important documents
-Maintaining file system, generally of a confidential nature.
-coordinating travel, meetings, and logistics of staff
-monthly/quarterly financial reports


CERINTE

-Seeking positive person who can multi-task in a fast paced environment, manage other staff, and has initiative.
-Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Open minded and sociable person;
- Capable to work under stress and to handle deadlines;
- PC knowledge
- Excellent planning and organization skills

-Self initiative and ready to travel (once needed)
-excellent english command
