In this role you will be responsible for the day to day support of the manufacturing process. Multi-tasking is an essential skill, along with the necessity to accurately prioritise work, and manage budgets.
You will be expected to provide leadership and co-ordination of cross functional team activities to minimise process problems and implement improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating work instructions with regards to the production flow
• Responsibility for workstation ergonomics and any lay-out changes
• Rising internal orders for a specific area
• making capacity studies and to implement solutions to any increase or decrease of volumes
• The training of production personnel with regards to manufacturing processes or any changes of the manufacturing processes.
• Participate in the implementation of technical changes in the manufacturing process
• Implementation of solutions to improve the manufacturing process
• Participating in the fault analysis, the investment plan, obtaining the quotations and the investment plan
• Responsibility for compliance with the manufacturing processes (instructions, flow, etc.) in the production process.
• Creating weekly manufacturing programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical University Degree
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Broad experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Romanian and English
