TASKS:
• Direct Report to the Mktg Manager
• Coordinates the agents at the Call Center
• Order creation, order follow-up
• Continuous Customer Relation with different countries
• Supply Chain Coordination with different Warehouses
• SAP update
• Providing statistical / data
• Other related to the position
REQUIREMENTS:
• English knowledge (advanced level)
• Other East European Countries languages (mother tongue)
• Italian would also be preferable
• One of the Economic, Language, Customer Orientation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of SAP use
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
