COORDINATOR
Performs a resident function between client and supplier,
Guarantees a good working quality of the quality operators,
Trains: the quality operators for a (new) project/ job,
Updates: the client with standard reports or personalised reports out of CMS, database,
Sets-up work instructions, both for long term or short term assignments,
Prepares order confirmations and gets it signed by the client,
Checks and completes IPO's in CMS database,
Checks and approves billables in CMS database,
Makes sure that employees / service providers/ personnel follow local rules, order and tidiness,
Checks the company pool cars on tidiness and correct car maintenance,
Intercepts sales opportunities and passes the information to the sales team,
Works actively on continuous improvement propositions and optimisations,
Makes POs (purchase Orders) for local operational necessities,
Makes a daily planning schedule and sends it to the planner,
Answers to the questions of personnel and service providers, or refers to the Operations Manager
Reports to the Operations Manager,

• Experience leading teams towards successful continuous improvement,
• Ability to train, guide & mentor others.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create functional & cost effective environment,
• High motivation and energy,
• Creative Problem Solving Skills,
• University degree,
• Minimum 1 year working in a continuous improvement environment in production area
• Very good English/ language skills.
