The ISS Facility Manager will have the responsibility and accountability for leading and motivating a team, in order to ensuring that the commercial goals of the contract are maintained.
The key responsibilities of the Facility Manager will be:
-to assure the administration and coordination of services agreed by ISS with the client, on customer???s site (a factory), by leading people and task management on site;
-to initiate and develop solutions for all business operational issues related to the ISS contract;
-to develop, manage and coordinate a process of continually reviewing and improving services offered;
-to develop and maintain excellent client relationship based on open and honest communication;
-to manage effective supplier relationships to ensure they operate as part of the FM team and deliver high quality services;
-to ensure that any changes to contract are managed effectively;
-to analyze the possibilities to integrate services and introduce synergies;
-to evaluate of overall operations regularly and systematically and to reports them to the board of ISS.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and competences
-very strong leader;
-very good planning and organizational skills;
-excellent coordinator of the team managed;
-good negotiations skills and persuasive communication;
-proactive and results oriented;
-decision maker;
- degree in economics or technical (would be an advantage).
-very good level of English (spoken, written);
-good level of German could be an advantage;
-PC skills: MS office, windows.
