-Manage and execute small to medium projects in the Electrical (MV & LV), Instrumentation and Automation area using central teams for best practises and procurement.
-Maintain local plant Electrical (MV & LV), instrumentation and automation (PLC based solutions) using centralised best practises and industry standards.
-Maintain local Plant Infrastructure and Architecture synchronised with the central PIA dept.
-Define and maintain functional designs based on best practises and standard libraries for local process.
- Ensures the implementation of our philosophy of sincere concern for health and safety of all employees
- Knows, uses and follows local standards, central policies, guidelines and best practices as well as legal rules and official technical norms for all the Automation project aspects.
- Participates in projects in his region and takes over technical responsibility for some parts.
- Co-ordinate and involvement in projects until start-up and first production runs.
- Co-ordinates supplier relationship on technical level for a good project execution.
- Improve quality methods, together with the Best Practice Leaders, in Automation and tools and advise the management.
- Knowledge development and sharing within his peer groups, and organization
- Preparation of specifications and requisitions that are based on this specifications for his projects
- Close cooperation and collaboration with PDG and process engineers in order to achieve the best results
- University or post- university degree in Electrical-
- Process Control- Information- Engineering or equal.
Or
- Technical degree plus several years experience in one of the automation areas (Electrical, instrumentation or programming DCS/PLC)
- Theoretical knowledge or practical experience in at least one of the automation areas (Electrical, instrumentation or programming DCS/PLC)
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Basic English skills (should be able to understand English documents and express himself in English)
- Fluent in local language (both verbal and in writing)
- Flexibility of mind and prepared to travel.
- Is customer solutions open minded/driven
- Flexible working hours, also during public holidays
- Be able to communicate effectively cross ¿culturally
- To work in multi functional and multi cultural teams
