Planning, organizing, managing and controlling the accounting and financial activities to meet the company short and long- term goals;
Implementing the holding’s financial strategy and applicable statutory policies and procedures;
Monitoring the proper application of financial-accounting and fiscal demands as well as the holding’s requirements;
Developing and implementing strategies and policies for reviewing, adjusting and implementing short and long-term financial plans;
Preparing long-term financial forecasts by working with other management team members;
Leading the effort in the planning and preparation of the annual budget;
Monitoring and working closely with the company management to make sure that budgets and financial plans stay within approved levels;
Preparing monthly financial reports and related analyses on a timely basis;
Supervising the company's payment capacity and planning the cash-flow;
Issuing quarterly balance sheet and P/L in line with IFRS standards and sends them to the holding management as planned to consolidate account;
Making sure the accounting of revenues and expenses are performed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in conformity with GAAP;
Making sure the company has the proper funding to carry out the ongoing and future commitments;
Keeping a strict control over expenses;
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with bank institutions, auditors, competent fiscal authorities and other relevant financial factors;
Monitoring and controlling the calculation and on-time payment of tax liabilities;
Regularly reviewing debt portfolios and plan for the future financing requirements and stability of the company by preparing and recommending loan applications for approved programs and efforts;
Coordinating the preparation for external audits and filing of tax return and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements and Company policies.
Coordinating and supervising the professional activity of the employees in the financial-accounting, controlling and treasury;
Setting duties and responsibilities to the team-members according to their job description;
Identifying training needs for the subordinates and facilitating professional improvement;
Appraising performance and makes proposals for rewards, sanctions or promotions.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and finances;
Related MBA desirable;
7+ year experience in accounting and planning;
3+ year management experience;
Fluent in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word and others);
