Job scope:
- Plans and organizes the daily activity of her/his area, so as to reach the monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Maintains efficient relationships with clients and with distributors (if case) within her/his assigned area.
- Identifies new sales opportunities and develops the market sector she/he is in charge of.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervises and monitors the daily activity of the sales team in her/his area.
- Monitors the performance of his/her subordinates and contributes permanently to their professional development.
- Identifies/ assesses the development needs and possibilities of her/his market area, and the logistics tools available for his/her team.
- Promotes the Danone image in front of her/his key clients through his professional attitude and approach.
Education: University degree
Experience: 3- 5 years previous experience in sales FMCG (multinational company is a plus)
