To drive sales floor standards, ensuring consistency across all areas;
To use knowledge of customers, products and policies to influence sales;
To plan and execute launches on time;
To ensure the visual impact of the store is high at all times;
To plan department layout ensuring the effective use of space relative to forward takings estimates;
To plan equipment requirements to ensure correct utilization;
To ensure that VM operating practices are implemented to maximise sales and improve standards;
To assist in planning and implementation for new and modernised stores.
Relevant working experience (3 years) in a similar role in the retail industry;
Very good command of Romanian and English language;
Communicative and influential;
Customer oriented;
Team player;
Ability to prioritize and deliver results;
Resource Management.
