To be responsible and accountable for the management of an area (one or more groups within the store);
To manage and develop a team of staff to provide the highest standards of service to the customer;
To maximize sales and minimize losses;
In cooperation with the Store Manager establishes and achieves objectives for the departments of his/her responsibility;
To provide advice and assistance to customers as required;
To handle customer queries and complaints efficiently;
To manage Stock availability in order to achieve the operating plan;
To motivate staff to achieve high standards;
To maintain the required standard of presentation and behavior within the store;
To implement training program, as per company’s guidelines and available training material.
University Degree will be considered an asset;
3 years working experience in the Retail sector, at least 6 months in a similar role or high potential to develop fast his/her managerial skills;
Very good command of Romanian and English language;
PC Literate;
Decision-maker;
Communicative and influential;
Excellent communication skills;
Self motivated
Team player.
